REBUT THE INNER CRITIC
Be aware of when you call yourself names, feel defeated or hear negative tapes from childhood. If you can, write down the negative and rebut the thought with a positive statement. Remember to NOT use "no, don't, can't, won't, etc." Make it an ACTIVE STATEMENT. Example: "You're so stupid." "I AM intelligent!" "You can't do that." [b]"Yes! I can!"
