Sorry for not posting sooner. I have attempted to post several times since my session with my T yesterday, but I was having trouble posting. Grrr.

I hope this one posts!!

Anyway, I had a very good session yesterday. I was able to voice my anger and frustration with T - and after much communication about it all - he was actually quite glad that I was able to voice my anger to him....and that he felt it made the relationship between us stronger. How bout them apples?

I was glad that we were able to come to a place where I felt comfortable again so we could delve into the more serious issues that I've been going through....the memories....etc.

I was able to verbalize everything that had been going on in my head....and he was able to identify a pattern that became a big theme in my life. It was like - WOW.....I couldn't connect the dots, but he seemed to be able to do that so easily.

I have a looooong road ahead, but I am so glad that I made that first huge step.

Thanks for all your support.

It is wonderful to hear that you had a good session. I am proud of you that you went and let your T know what you were feeling. I have also had situations where my being upset with my T and working through it makes it a stronger relationship . Don't know exactly how that works, but I'm glad it worked for you.
