I am going to buy 2 Black balloons and My T and I are going to go outside his office and I am going to release the balloons to symbolize releasing all the anger and hate inside me toward my abusers.
After i release the balloons, i am hoping i'll feel like celebrating, but i'm afraid i won't feel anything.

That sounds like a wonderful idea. Have you talked to your T about your fears? Will you have time to do that before you release the balloons? I can imagine that there might be a lot of different emotions that could be released while doing something like that. I hope it goes well.

 Berries! Great symbolism and a good idea. I also think it's a good idea to spend time talking with your T about the different ways you may possibly feel afterwards. That you are afraid you might feel nothing, could that possibly mean you aren't ready to do this yet?

 I'd rather have a visit, note or pretty picture than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you." Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure. Can't stop you from praying and blessing me, and if that makes you feel better feel free.  But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me. And let's all respect each other's feelings. With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
