The last two weeks have been horrible for me. Memories are trying to surface and my child part is pushing them back in. The memories that do surface are horrific. I had a hard telling my T on my first session (I believe the child part would not let me) but on my second session I finally got it out. It did feel good to let it out.
What do others do when the memories surface?
