i am having nightmares. well i dont no if they are nightmares but it is the scene that my childhood was taken. i dont no what to do or how to stop them, they are really disrupting my college work and it is obvious to people that i am not sleeping.

((((((( safe hugs )))))))))) We understand this part of trauma. If you can talk with a professional, you may be able to get them to give you some sleep medication. Personally, I have to use dramamine and knock myself out. My T suggested 5HTP and that has helped.
