let it be known i was just in chat and sorry if i said anything triggering about SA and RA
also i made my own haiku in cc only so as not to contaminate evryone else and stand away from them. even though it looks rusde and standoffish i had to remove my contaminated self from real people |

Everything is fine ka...no worries. You didn't trigger me anymore than I already was. Thank you so much for talking with me. You helped me out of a major meltdown and sacrificed your own self for it in the long run.

Dammit ka...I know you said I shouldn't try to fix this, but I am feeling just awful about the whole thing. I hope you are alright, at least better for now. I am learning not only what triggers me, but what triggers others and I promise to keep it to myself from now on.
