nothing matters. my next t session is too far away. havent gone since mid oct. maybe i dont need to go at all. dont do it right anyway.

I'm right there with you suzzie. I think this is a week for bad feelings. Try setting goals for yourself (ex. 1. Favorite Ice Cream Bar tomorrow 2. Call old friend the next day etc.)

Little things to look forward to and achieve help me, they may help you until your next session

It does get better

How often are your appts? Why did you have no appt. scheduled for a month?
