((((((((((((((((((((((EV)))))))))))))))))))

Certain times of the year get to me as well. I know that I am soon coming up on an anniversary that is quite sad for me so I understand how you are feeling.

I am here for you and as always, PM's are always open. I know I have been in a funk lately but I am a great listener.

Take care.

OMG, strangely I have my worst times during these months too. Could it be pre holiday stress? Who knows?
But I do understand your feelings.
It is like you just want to cry after hearing the world's funniest joke and you cannot figure out why.
Hang in there!!

Do you think it could be that daylight thing they talk about? I forget the name of it but it involves it being dark outside. Plus, as SJ said-the holidays. Ugh!!

Jax, I think you are referring to Seasonal Affect Disorder (SAD)

It is possible...could be the changing of the light hours, the holidays approaching and who knows what else....

We must ban together and make our own sunshine!!

That's what I meant, thank you. I couldn't think of the name of it.
You have some really cool smiley faces, Sj.

same here. I have been cycling down for a couple weeks now. The holidays get me big time partly because alot of my abuse centered around these type of things and alsobecause of not having my son home for the holidays. On Laura Davis website (author of courage to heal, I thought we'd never speak again and so on) there is an article entitled ways to get through the holidays has helped me so much. Good luck to all and hang in there too.
