One thing I have always done is to let folks in, gradually to my emotional pain and then when it gets too frightening I have no issue or problem shutting those folks out of fear of feeling and being vulnerable in process of deleting fb friends who I have confided in

This is something that you can work on in therapy.

True it needs to be addressed had led to a very isolated life
