I'm starting to realize things about my childhood, parts of me just wants to lock these things away. Several things that can only be described as emotional abuse. I keep thinking one question, why didn't anyone notice?
Maybe I was kinda good at hiding. I don't remember very much from my childhood, so I am not sure how obvious it was. After what I remember I wasn't treated worst though. It is still a hard feeling

Emotional abuse is very easy to hide and I would say it deeply scars.
I had abuse cases filed against my parents more than once, and each one came back unfounded, despite the fact the abuse got worse and worse. I am an adult now and people knew and still nothing was done.

Abuse is one of these things that has many loopholes for the system, unfortunaely many cases go unnoticed...and children continue to be abused, and become adults and even then were all afraid to share our story. But therapy can help...to uncover and perhaps heal all of the hurt..
