i used to feel guilty for my abusers suffering . something i still struggle with. if you struggle too post here "not guilty" to remind yourself ... we are NOT guilty for the abuse we suffered as children and (if you are like me) need reminding we do not need to still take abuse out of guilt!!!

I struggle with this as well. It's good that you are reminding yourself of this. You should not feel guilty. They should
