I've been having some new sra memories. I'm really scared now. I've been thinking about my stepdad alot too. But, he wasn't part of all that. That stuff happened when I was younger. I don't know why I'm thinking of him. I mean he was sadistic and mean. Maybe that's why.

I'm just in a very 'bad' place right now.

What do you mean by SRA? Sorry for my ignorance.

Sorry Autumn Leaves, I should have said more. sra is a type of ritual abuse. I'm having new memories. I'm not handling it too good.
Thanks for this!

I get triggered when I think about anyone who was abusive in my childhood, whether they were part of the main abuse or not. Hang in there Ky.

Thanks for the hugs. I'm a little better today. Weekend are the hardest for me. And, getting close to time of year. Where there are so many triggers. I'm going to ask my T about going twice a week. At least for awhile. If my insurance will pay for it.
Thanks for this!
