i been back to the doctors today as she put my meds upand wanted to know how i was doing,
well i explained to her about the abuse i suffered when i was growing up and explained that my councillor never new about this and should he she sugested that it would be a good idea for him to know even if i dont want to talk about it at the moment,
she explained that things that happen to us could be the way we are as we grow older,
so im not seeing councillor untill next month so this will give me time to think about it but i dont want it taking up all my thoughts because i become down when thinking about these things,
i swore blind i wouldnt let my children suffer like i did from the sexual abuse or the bulliying that i recived as i grew up from my cousins
