I hope this doesnt offend any one, if it does I am very sorry.
I've been feeling very odd lately. It is kinda hard to explain. I feel like when I talk to my T about my past, I am insulting other people that I know who have been through similar situations as me. And then when I talk to a friend of mine(who has been abused in the past), and I feel like I'm getting no help, and I'm just helping. As I see my friend and others I know get better, I am getting worse. I want to help so bad, but I also want help so bad, and I just dont know what to do.
I know it is confusing, but that is my life.

just want to offer some support (((((((megan))))))))

Keep working with your T and share these concerns with her/him. Be patient with yourself. Everyone moves at different rates for different reasons. Believe in yourself and the healing process.
