I have recently developed symptoms of ptsd from sexual assault and abuse. How do I bring up all these symptoms that are worrying me and interfering with my life? My doctor is a guy... Will it be too akward? ><

I think that awkward is okay. There is nothing wrong with feeling uncomfortable. Most of the time it is normal to feel uncomfortable.

But how do you bring the subject up in the first place. Is it ok if I type out everything that I want to say and answer any questions by writing the answers on paper so that I don't have to say anything?
