It's funny how counceling can sometimes scare us so much. My heart races every morning that I have a session. Just know that once you are there you will feel better and more relaxed. Maybe it's the unknown and the insecurity that scares me so much, I don't know. I have cancelled and rescheduled my sessions so often just because I was too scared and embarrassed to go. I hope you don't do the same and that you come out feeling a little better.

Every time I have to go to therapy, I go through the whole panic "I don't want to go" thing. And then I go, and it's never as bad as I thought it was going to be. My T seems to be pretty good at reading my moods and has kinda interspersed heavy sessions with lighter 'lets work on self esteem' sessions.
