and now I know why I'm afraid when I take showers. I dread taking a shower beyond all reasoning and I couldn't figure out why. Now I know. My friends put a chain lock on my door for me last night. It will help.

I am glad that you remember...... I too know the WHY to so many things now and it greatly helps to stay in the present when the fears arise.

Thank you Rhap. It's weird....I just remembered. It came together like peices of a puzzle falling in place all by themselves.

Oh Jan!! I can really understand.... just had my own "revelation" this week!!! Isn't it wonderful when ... for at least one situation..... a person can understand the reason for the anxiety and apprehension!!

Jan now the healing can begin! woo hoo! I had a dr tell me one time that now my body and mind were ready to heal when I remembered something like that.
