I have no self esteem, no confidence, a inferiority complex, and I can't deal with being lectured at all.

My dad was right, I will never amount to nothing

It makes me doubt everything I do. And everything I do, I look for someone to tell me i did good - but even if I am told I did good it doesn't matter because the people who should have didn't .

it makes healthy relationships impossible to acheive, it makes it hard to communicate with others. In a relationship I will let the other person hurt me over and over again and still be there for them.
no self esteem, no connection with others, flashbacks, etc
I'm a defiant, angry, *****, to be honest. Emotional abuse, being told I was evil, useless, well it made me evil and useless. And its ruined me.
