I am hurting inside because I am turning painful thoughts inward. So upset with others I have turned it all inside. It is too difficult to try to deal with the people involved. They either do not understand or in my post surgery husband's case too delicate. I have shared a little bit with a few people . I truly want to stop.

it is a struggle when we have so much pain and no place to put it. that is why it is important to have a therapist to work through these issues with. talking about it, processing it works through this pain. do you have a t to help you with this?

I agree about the therapist - do you have one? I hope so before turning the pain inside hurts you too much.
