I keep trying to move forward but the memories of recent pains nd hurts just keep popping up to remind me of a worse day. I don't want to think of these things but it seems like they are just sitting there. I have tried to deal with them at the time but get so tired of trying to deal with them at the same time. I will try to get some advise at tomorrow's appointment.
