i have a T but i only started to see her she dont know about the DID she knows i was abused but i didnt want to talk about the abuse
i have talked to her about my OCD and dealing with my self esteem
I am too scared that people will know i Said something they will come back and hurt us
before x mas my sister talked about a member of the family who was abusive hit us ,making us eat food with mold in it the family member has custody of my younger member of the family and would use them against both me and my sister until the younger family members are 18 we cant talk

it sounds like parts of you really do want to talk but are afraid. therapy is a safe place to talk. please talk to t about your other parts. she will make it a safe place for them to talk about what has happened to you all.

if you were abused and this family member was the abuser and is now taking care of another family member, is this family member in danger of being abused as well? if so, please speak up to someone about the abuse so that your other family member does not go thru the same abuse you went thru.

it is time to talk. take care of yourself.

Opening up can be difficult. I hope you can talk to your T about this stuff. You, your sister, and the younger family member all deserve to be safe.

If you don't talk you'll be stuck with increasing problems until you do. I never talk about my past and I have been seriously mentally screwed for years and years. Not to mention the younger member of your family may be in trouble without your help.
