I want to same something to us.

With what we have all been through, with all that was taken from us, with all that was done to dehumanize us, with all the people we face today who do not understand us -- despite it all, what we share here each day shows a courageous, determined struggle to take back our true selves. We are finding strength from within and strength from others. We are making sure that not one of us has to go through this alone. We are claiming our dignity, each of us as individuals and all of us together as a community. We are making sure we are no longer silenced. We are taking loving care of each other. For all of this, we can be grateful and we can be very proud. We are survivors.
