Surviving abuse and what not. Another recent experience of losing a married couple emotionally abusive wife. How do you find such healthy people to be friends with and in a relationship with?
Negative relationships are still following me. You really don't know who is healthy until you know them for a while. I'm seeing healthy relationships lately still a new world for me. Abuse is still familiar to me I don't have the guts to say no yet. How do you leave abuse behind and say no then go find healthy relationships? |

I'm doing a narcissistic abuse recovery program which I'd be happy to tell you about here or in private messaging. I'm not sure what the policies are regarding mentioning specific treatments. I'll review the guidelines too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I would look up Melanie Tonia Evans online. That's who I was referred to and she has been immensely helpful to me. She has a blog and a YouTube channel. I think the best support I got in real life for relationships was therapy and my former sponsors. I hope you find something that works! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
