Have you ever just gone out and hit stuff? Boxing or kickboxing is great, or even a pillow at home. It works!

I talk to someone I REALLY trust and tell them all the angry thoughts....I write them down....right lists of names of people who have hurt me...write then a !uck off letter and tell them what should be done to them.

I write before I act, which forces me to think about the effects of what I want to do. I start working out if I can't stop. Normally, I go on a lot of walks. Blast music in my ears. Believe it or not, I (unnoticeable to anyone around me) do the classic breathing techniques that also very effective for my anxiety. I start randomly cleaning the house and reorganize things a little bit (if it's that bad, which I usually don't get to).
A lot of people in my life think I'm a really calm person, for the most part. Sure, I'm not very confrontational but that's because I'm beating the **** out of the person who's bugging me in my head. I have a very strong and twisted imagination. Not saying it's a good thing, it just is.

i would be so mad at my mother, she was strict when i was a child and if i didn't want to do something i would hit the pillow so hard imaging it was her.

I would write until I was exhausted. I also would beat up pillows and throw them around.
