I survived narcissism abuse and not only did it not destroy me came out stronger knowledge is definitely power and I learnt everything there was to know about it whilst I was in it, had an amazing playlist of songs that make me smile so if I'm feeling low it makes me smile have found some fantastic survival techniques that I share with everyone, like I said knowledge is power so if ever anyone wants to have a chat or just feel like its never going to end, message me !!
