Hi all. I have anxiety depression and BPD and have past history of abusive relationships. My support worker is saying unacceptable things to me she said "how much of this is laziness?" "I seen how you were able to take the parcel to the delivery shop with me you can do it on your own. "Actually she doesn't know how I'm feeling inside and other times I can't even speak up at the chemist. And she said "now you know how J feels to be judged" and said some other stuff about me being unwilling to walk to high street to do things because I got support to do it next day. And she said "you're manipulating me into taking my badge off in public" "how do you know your friend isn't manipulating you into getting rid of J" and then saying Js actions are fine , that she would have done the same too which was call the NHS to ask for my clinical records. And other people say Js actions are illegal. I don't know if I should tell my care coordinator about this because the care coordinator OT might take sides with the support worker and use it against me and accuse me of being lazy. My friend said I'm not lazy because I workout at gym. I need the support workers statement because she was present at PIP disability interview assessment and she can provide vital evidence for my disability claim but actually I know how manipulative she can be from what she has been saying to me and I'm kind of fuming and don't know if I should see this worker in order to get written statement from her and if she can see how angry and upset I am with her she will point blank refuse to write anything or choose to be unhelpful in her wording. And if I tell care coordinator about all this she may turn against me and say I'm lazy too. I don't know what to do. Please advise. Thanks all

Also my support worker said I was superficial for saying I upgraded to someone younger and slimmer than J. Then the worker said when i addressed it with her she said "that's superficial " and another time the worker said "I can throw a strong punch if you were to hit me I would hit back" I have never threatened her with violence but I said if the worker hadn't been there when J was leaving it would have escalated into violence. So I would just like perspective on things how to approach because I don't want care coordinator using it against me that the worker said I'm lazy but I really do need a statement from the worker who I really detest and wonder how am I going to be able to pretend to like her when she's said all this to me and some other stuff as well...

I am afraid to tell care care coordinator about J trying to get information on my clinical records because previously a care coordinator deliberately tried to wind me up by sending a letter to me outlining my mental health and self harming some sort of rationale. She deliberately sent out a letter for my advocate to read when I told her my landlord was blocking my letter box with his car and Post was getting into his house. The only reason for telling care coordinator this would be to let her know how unhelpful the worker is to me by saying "I would have done the same " (called NHS to find clinical information on me)
