So I remember being about 7 and me and this little boy having oral. A guy that was the Daycare staff looked in the fort we had made and he didnt catch us. I remember thinking he was an idiot for not knowing what we were doing in there but I generally didnt like him anyway. I know he took me and this little boy into the bathroom but I dont know what happened in there. I have very little memory of my childhood but I do remember the uneasiness of that bathroom trip although I dont remeber what happened in there. Has anyone tried hypnosis?

I've never had any experience with hypnosis myself. However here are links to 3 articles, from PsychCentral's archives on the subject:

I've tried hypnosis once. It was helpful in some way. It didn't bring up any particular memories but it uncovered the root of some of my personal issues. Hypnosis can be helpful if the hypnotherapist is ethical and isn't trying to implant false memories in your mind. I would look for personal recommendations from those who have tried someone's services.
