This is a ramble and an invitation for discussion.
I’ve come to understand in myself that I have an attachment void. I feel this is a thing (noun) and not a feeling or reaction. If I describe it, it’s a black vacuum hole in my soul/spirit that emits aloneness and a deep desperate desire to please and connect with the safe and loving person that I came into this world looking for. “Every child comes into this world, looking for someone, looking for her/him.” - Curt Thompson That quote haunts my soul. It’s a place of unending hunger that can’t be satisfied until ..................... Until what?

I found this today and it felt like it belonged here.
