Little came out today to only the second person ever.
She is sort of scared though. Not sure if she is being laughed at? How can I comfort her? How can I find out if I should have let her come out? Scared!

![]() First of all, Welcome to PC. ![]() I can understand how scary it must have been for your little, especially if she thought she was being laughed at. Are you co-aware of the times when she is out? Do you know what transpired? Did you speak with the person she came out with after it happened? If so, what was your perception of how this individual dealt with your little? Have you noticed before that if you are calm, then your system is calmer too? If you are upset, then your system tends to be upset?? If this is the case, you can help your little by soothing yourself and her, deep breathing can sometimes help or even doing her favorite activity to help take her mind off her upset. Since you are relatively new to PC I want to tell you of a wonderful place for littles and that is "The Garden" where it is always safe and quiet. You will find "The Garden" under the Dissociative Forum and it was created specifically for having a safe and comfortable environment when life gets too noisy or scary. I hope you get an opportunity to check it out ![]() As far as knowing whether or not to let her out, you have to go with how you feel with this individual. If you feel safe enough to reveal and they are accepting of your little(s) then it should be ok. You can always ask this individual how they feel about it so you can make a better decision ![]() Take good care mgtb .... hope you find much love & support here at PC. ![]() sabby |
