What to think? I think you've experienced a LOT of trauma. Do you know what your ACE score is? NPR Choice page

I just took the test... it was a 10... what does that mean?

Look it up. There is quite a bit of research about high ACE scores and the impact on health.

I don't know, really. Personally I found it helpful to address the invalidation I felt (that came from both others and myself). You mentioned that your parental units invalidated you saying they had it bad, I just meant to show that you have indeed suffered a lot of trauma. But it sounds like you know and accept that more than I was able to.

I see, i didn't mean to sound rude. I guess that makes sense. I guess deep down i know i've had a lot of trauma i guess my problem is believing that my memories are true even though it's clear as day.

It's okay, I understand. I struggle to believe my own stuff too. Annnd, my comment and link was kind of random and stand alone-ish.
