My uncle is in a psychiatric ward. He use to abuse me when I was little. He’s ex with bipolar Nd my aunt agrees with him that he has that from abuse. Bipolar does not come from abuse . It is usually genetic. Luckily my mom ( who passed away 3 yrs ago $) was adopted so no genetics for me . I’m tired of everyone supporting him. I can’t even get treatment if I wanted it. I just want
To die.

I agree that bipolar isn't from abuse. Please don't harm yourself. I'm sorry that this has happened to you!

Would you consider therapy? It could help; please don't die because of what someone else chose to do to you.xo
