Yeah I think I have it too. Problem is I can't admit to it at home because family say that I use my past to claim to be a victim and blame others for things that are my fault
I haven't been able to find affordable help, but I think a doctor can refer you to specialists. Sometimes your insurance will cover therapy with a doctors referral (mine doesn't). |

A good therapist can help. Your family doctor may be able to refer some names.

My test confirmed my doctor's and therapist's diagnosis--CPTSD. This was no surprise to me. The men who have been abusing me (and who gave me CPTSD) for over a decade think that by stalking me, following me around attacking me and calling me schizophrenic, I will somehow be grateful to them and want a relationship with them. Well, never in a million years!!!!!!
