It is difficult to prove
Coercive control in a relationship.
Some would say impossible.
If an abuser is clever,
They will not send
Threatening text messages,
So what can a person do?
Keep a diary. Online.
Keep a written one,
In utmost secrecy.
Take it to a doctor.
This person will
Not change for you.
They do not
Care if you snap.

Trust your gut reactions, if you feel something is not quite right get the **** out asap, or get slowly groomed back into the hot saucepan.
