Is being forcibly kissed as a child by your father anything? If it was a kiss like I love you and I'm going to prove it angry kiss? On the lips. I have a daughter and would never even dream of doing that to her. I know thats a boundary violation but is it anything?

Dear Rive1976,

I don't know enough to have an opinion since I lack knowledge, experience and insight. Hopefully others here who do will see your post and respond to it with something that proves helpful to you.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

It's bullying, that's for sure. Imbalance of power.

That's something I'd call inappropriate.

Very inappropriate. You were a victim.

Yes it was. I'm a survivor. I haven't been a victim for a very long time.

Something very similar happened to me, and I would call it inappropriate at least/sexual abuse.
