I'm kinda freaking out right now! I had an extremely realistic, very vivid nightmare 2 nights ago. My ex C was in it, not doing anything, just starting at me with his cold eyes. My brain has basically hidden the 5 years we were together, they were so traumatic. After our break up I found psych notes with the diagnosis' of Anti-social personality disorder, Schizoaffective disorder, co-occuring substance abuse disorder. It's a long story. Anyway, guess who sent me a message on fb this morning?!?! It doesn't show his message because he's not a be friend, so if I open it, it will give me option to accept or decline the message. Idk what to do.

Don't open the message, just delete it. Toxic people can only get in if you let them, do not let them in!!

Sometimes it feels like Beatlejuice. If you say their name three times, they appear. Don’t open the message or respond.

Yes I can relate. I found similar psych notes prior to breaking up with my ex fiancé a second time. I found a couple of phone messages from him in my mailbox from thanksgiving so I called him. He of course will not answer forcing me to text.

So is that what you want to go through again?
Thanks for this!

Delete the message without opening it. Safety first. He isn’t a safe person to read messages from

In the long run, this is the answer, just avoid these people like youtube groomers.
