Have you ever had a picture try to form in your mind that felt like it was coming super fast but it was only colors no picture actually formed. At the same time you feel like your going to die like the blood has rushed out of your heart. Then a thought form's in your mind that says something? My thought "Be still" What do you think that was all about?

I had something somewhat similar to what you describe happen to me once during a really bad panic attack. I didn't know what it meant then and still am puzzled by it. Sometimes I think I am the only person experiencing certain things and then I find that someone else has also experienced it. I don't know why, but it helps me somehow to feel less alone with my struggles. Thanks for sharing!
