When I have we flashbacks that come I actually feel like I is am really dying. My muscles feel like they are failing and so does my heart. Why?

Well... I don't know the answer to this. My inclination would be to suggest it may be related to anxiety. But if you haven't had yourself checked out medically recently, it may be worth checking in with your general practice doctor or clinic just in case especially since you mention your heart. The other thing that occurs to me is blood pressure which is also something it may be worthwhile to have checked out medically, assuming you haven't done so already.

I understand. I feel the same way. It's the anxiety of PTSD.
