I couldn’t fall asleep
Last night and ended up laying there reflecting on my childhood that was lost to abuse. I
Cried myself to sleep.

do this so often, and once I start dwelling on it, I get really upset about it- not just back then, but how it's shaped my life now

I hate talking about my childhood. I hate talking about my life in general. it all just seems a mess
