I want to share my experience what
this is about abuse and how it was
allowed Social Services didn't come
out corporal punishment in therapy

Possible trigger:

5 years of hell more than yelling Ow
the torture was so bad I got out and
didn't want to come around this is my
correction being whipped with belts

and thorn bushes 2nd grade could not
sit down blood welts imagine a coffee
cup into the back of the head boxers
cant hit that hard that I will bet my

hair ripped out by the roots the list
goes on I hope it is not you I do not
understand staying at abused women's
shelters motels my perspectives on life

I wanted to be dead drowned myself at 5
in the deep end of the pool saw what was
ahead

I have returned to myself the pain
has ended whats remaining is the loss of

time that was gone from the years why it
did not stop what went on now altered my
life to being seriously wrong I can only
move on and be strong
