Hey Albatross, the simple answer to your question "Is he right? Is that kind of victim blaming a thing of the past?" is his comments 100% proved you are right. Directing anger at women because they expressed that they don't feel safe with a random man... I am lost for words. He is the random man you know to avoid. Blocking and not responding was definitely the way to go.
