My past abuser who's possibly narc/cluster B might has caught me posting to a forum catered specifically towards survivors of narcissistic abuse and literally went mad. I feel so terrified and ashamed. Actually that is a forum centered around lots of different topics, and they did not say which post annoyed them specifically, but I am guessing it's the one I posted on the narcissistic abuse subcategory. In the post, I basically shared my experience with not really feeling supported by them and asking if this is typical. No idea what to do. Today they are acting normally but I know that deep down they might just resent me even more than ever. And now they refuse to help me with anything even if they are the only one who can help. If I hadn't posted they would still help me

@Abc543 welcome to MSF. I am sorry you are in a relationship that has elements of abuse. That must be hard on you.
It sounds like they might be trying to manipulate and control you. That is pretty common in people that have narcisstic tendencies. You never know if they are reacting to your post or are just acting the way they normally do. Depending on your age (assuming you're ≥18), I'd put together a safety plan for exiting that relationship. Sloooowwllyy exiting. Is it possible for you to rent a room in a shared house/apartment and work? Then seek trauma therapy if you can afford it?
