Well, long story short- the main singer in my step-dad's band is in a very abusive relationship. My step-dad has been there to try and get her to get help, and get out of the relationship. She always says that she will, that she's getting a restraining order, that she's going to go over to the domestic violence center...but it doesn't happen, she goes over to him...covered in bruises literaly from head to toe...scared to tell him what happened because she knew he's be upset. This is apparently the second boyfriend in the course of one year that has beaten her up really badly.

She's like a daughter to my step-dad, and she's like a good friend to me...but I just don't know how either of us could help her. It's pretty sad. Wish there was something I could do to help...
