love, hugs, compassion, understanding, care, positivity to all who have been thru the complete hell of child or adult sexual abuse. I am doing my best thru some pretty triggering, terrible times having to go back there. There are feelings of rage, terrible sadness, fear, vulnerability, low self esteem, no confidence etc etc .... know you are brave to post here, you have courage ... no matter what anyone tells you, go at your own pace and never be afraid to show the emotion you are feeling. You deserve to be angry, you deserve to feel sorry for yourself, you have a right to go at your own pace and cope how you feel best .... i for one amright here with you .... those deamons still keep coming, but know this, because you have posted here, started talking, reaching out, you have the courage to heal ....
