I feel so alone most of the time even when others are there. I can't do this by myself but afraid. My T says find a balance get grounded i don't even know what she is talking about. i have never known human touch and love i have never experienced it i thought it was bad. to need others bad to need help bad they say it is not but so ingrained mixed messages. Feel I feel need to find balance. What do you want from me. Who to trust.
