I've been in therapy now for 6 years. And still, getting near anything just below the surface rips through me like some terrible natural disaster, turning the alters against themselves and ....life becomes chaotic. I don't understand! There's got to be some way out of this nightmare without having to go through the deepest parts of hell....?!
