All my stupid life i have been abused in some way or another ... my stupid parent are out of the picture .... useless that they are and always have been......

Hi Jinny, the thing that has always helped me with anger is what my expectations are of a situation. Any situation can have an expectation that will cause anger or a different expectation that will not cause anger. In your situation, these people who are calling you are doing their jobs. I know, it can get pretty bad. The situation is what it is. You can only do what you can do...

Sorry i sounded off .... i e.mailed my solicitor and he is taking care of it .... i really cant ait to get these creditors off my back for good.......

All because my hubby lost his job ... not even his fault ..... he has another job which is nowhere nearly as well paid.... we had insurances on most of these things we owe money for, but they found some loophole and refused to help us out .... so IMHO Ican't waitto stick my middle finger up to the whole lot of em .... we were ALWAYS such good payers and had a fantastic credit rating until this happened...... the illegal bank charges added up to more than £1000!!!!! I hate greed and capitalism .... itjust makes me want to hurl
