So, my current sponsor is amazing. We got together today, went over 1, did 2 & 3. Now it's time for the 4th. Busy working it. Slacked on the steps for the last nearly 3 years. I'm always amazed at how good I feel when I do the work!

We say this chant at the end of my 12 step group, "Keep coming back, it works if you work it so work cause you're worth it." Glad you're feeling good.

Everytime I am amazed at how much better I feel after doing the least bit of work. I am very glad I'm getting to work.
