I feel grateful. I realized that while I have a long, long way ahead of myself, the last year of working IN therapy was more effective that the 15 years I spent working outside of it. Unbelievable what a difference it can make seeing a good T once a week.

I feel in despair and gloomy. Cold and overcast today. Had too much junk food to try to give myself comfort, but has only made me feel yucky. Feels like nothing will ever get better. They probably won't.

Right now I’m feeling angry at my family members, again. Same stuff, different day. I need to just move out.
I’m reading a book about how to buy a home. Apparently, you should be at your job two years before you try to buy a home. I’ve been at my job 1 year & 4 months. I guess I could rent, if there were rentals here. I could look for rentals in the vicinity & have a longer commute. I could get roommates & hope they are tolerable. I have a lot of choices, I just don’t like the choices I have. I’m feeling sorry for myself. |

I got gendered correctly today by a stranger and the pharamcist my mom was working with, which is great, but the whole incident made me feel like a teenager and it just irked me because I will be 30 years old in about 2 weeks.

Relaxed at our house under my alpaca blanket with the fireplace/wood stove burning. I feel slightly annoyed that our current landlord will come late in the afternoon to do something in the house we're living in. I just truly wish we didn't have to deal with anyone else today. We already had a realtor come this morning, but luckily he was here very briefly. I just want to be alone (of course Hubby can stay)!
