I feel a combination of nausea and anxiety. I don't know what either is from or about. Possibly lack of sleep or over excercising maybe.

I’m feeling exasperated right now. My manager creates the weekly schedule & then changes it. Every single time. Sometimes it’s for a legitimate reason, other times, I just don’t know. Ugh.

I’m feeling pissed off right now. Somebody lied about me to another office. The other office called my manager & I got in trouble. I’m going to have a conversation with the lying sack this afternoon when I see them. Some people just suck!

I’m feeling weary right now.

I had the conversation with the person who supposedly lied about me to the other office & they claimed they didn’t know what I was talking about. So either the person I thought was the original liar is lying on top of the original lie, the person in the other office who I’ve never met lied to my manager or my manager lied?

At any rate, I’m ready to let it go. Liars gonna lie. The good news is: I read over 100 pages in my book because I was up half the night trying to distract my poor little brain from stewing about this dumb dumb dumb nonsense. If this keeps up, I might be on track to read over 75 books this year!

So tired from walking to the ATM only to notice my card expired. Then I wondered why they didn’t send me a new card before then or at least warn me of inactivity. Now I have to wait a few days for a new one and new PIN or go in person to withdraw money.

Kinda strange. Like I'm going to throw up or something but I don't feel sick. Its just a weird sort of feeling I have and it feels more physical then mental health.

I'm bored so I kind of want to do 300 ab workouts to pass the time.

I did 100 and then drank a protein shake and fell back asleep for 40 minutes.

I feel like I should.

I'm not sure working out that way is very good.

Right now I’m feeling angry and worried the lying sacks at work are going to try and drag me into their latest pathetic interpersonal drama. If so, I’m going to speak to my union steward. I’m so done with the selfish attention-seeking behavior at work. What they do privately is none of my beeswax, but when they involve me, I’m not laying down for it!
