Can you tell your hubby that his friend is scaring you?

Can you listen to some music to drown out the noise?

I am sorry you are scared, I know I would be too.

That sounds very unpleasant. One thing we do to block the noise is to buy some of the soft foam earplugs and put them in when our mate's snoring makes us crazy or when we want quiet. You can still hear things you need to like the alarm, but the plugs give a since of quiet and distance.

When you have a migraine people need to give you some quiet and your husband's friend needs to learn that. I've had migraines and they are truly awfully painful and sound and light both hurt.

Sending you butterfly hugs - they land lightly and hug softly and never feel bad.
